They will but only once they have signed a sponsorship agreement with the highest paying company then they will probably start wearing sponsored shirts once Serie A starts going again.

Does anyone have a clue whats goin on with the new Bayern Munich home shirt?
Because this is the shirt that adidas have released to the public:-



As worn here by Memhet Scholl early in pre season:-



But since then, Bayern have modified it and been wearing this on tour in Japan:-



Same shirt but the 3 stripes have been added. So which shirt will the proper home shirt? Does anyone know?

Adidas marketing, they will wear no stripes in the Bundesliga though. Slightly like Ajax' deal to wear no stripes in the Eredivisie but wear stripes in Europe.

Yeah, that could be another reason. They won't wear stripes in their first season at the Alianz Arena to keep their kits retro and make it look more traditional.

Surely adidas wouldn't let people see the 06-07 shirt (let alone, let the players wear it) before the 05-06 season has even started?

What Cimbom said is prob. true, they are gonna add stripes for 06-07 i believe.

Wing172: He didn't say Bayern will change/get a new european kit, he was just talking about Ajax's situation. Bayern will keep the european kit from last season, and wear the home kit without stripes this year.
