i sent managerzone lists of israeli firs/last/city names how much time wiil it take them to add israel?

and is it expensive to send sms to a forign country?

This is discussed a lot of times.. If they add a country they'll add more country's a time. So not only Israel but Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong ( I don't know what country's it's just an example) etc.

u should give them list containing hundreds of first names-last names
and a list of citys
(all need to be realated to the country u want them to add)

No they don't wait til inbetween seasons to add countries. They add them when they are finished.

About the SMS part...It usually depends on the network you are using, but every network I have heard about charges the normal SMS price if you are sending inland to foreign countries, but charges more if you want to send outland to anywhere else (reason being that the country you're in charges on top of it, so you basically pay both your countries SMS charge and the other countries one...don't forget you need roaming for this).

It depends fully on the website service...you should read in their FAQ/Help pages what they say about it. If they mention you wont get any reply to your mobile number, it means it is unreplyable...try looking around. You can also always send from ICQ (not Lite version), to almost every provider from any country.
