New Addboards

This is my second try to create adds...

I have made adboards and have imported them as a bitmap over the current ones and have set the opacity value to 100% but when I play with them you can only see the black and teh white is seethrough and one of teh red adboards I have created is totally messed up. Anyone have a reason why this occurs.

try and make them so they line up, some have more border at the top than the others
