Neverending story thread closed...

K-Man did u really expect people to follow the first rule? The 1st rule (about 2 people having to reply before u can reply again) is a joke, especially as people reply at different times, time zones render the 1st rule dead.

Secondly the rule about the 10th person summarising, no one is gonna be arsed to do that.

thirdly the beginning of the story was poor. there was kinda no theme on which to build on, it took till about the 7th or 8th post before their was any kind of theme, and then there was 2 conflicting themes, which pretty much made the thread pointless.

closing the thread coz no one was following the original rules was a poor excuse.

that thread should've been closed a long time ago on the grounds of it being a pointless thread.

maybe some rules are needed, but not the ones ahmedkkk used, e.g.

1. Only one theme, and replies have to be related to that theme
2. No location jumping. location can change but only if logical (e.g. from Brixton to Lambeth, but not like USA to Australia, then Australia to Russia)
3. No stupid topics (e.g. Fluffy, or Yash doing a poo)
4. No back to back replies
5. Story must follow on from the last post

further suggestions welcome (except suggestion of closing all neverending story threads - there won't be a problem with them if there is a set of reasonable and practiable rules.

are you kidding? with this rules the thread would suck. and i think the best posts from that thread were "Yash did a poo" and "Then Yash did a second poo"... i laughed so much!! specially with the latter!!!

Severe cases of post boosting will result in your post count being slashed in half or more or will result in a Yellow Card. Meaningless replies that convey nothing but the obvious can also be deemed as Post Boosting.

I was replying to the storyline.

hummm, being labelled a post booster when I'm not ensures my experience of SG isn't enjoyable. most members will deep down admit i'm one of the few members who doesn't post boost.

Kader, with further reference to article 9, u labelling me a post booster without any justification, and having previously mocked me in other threads - don't u like the fact i speak my mind? Well then that would make u guilty of the highlighted offence, and of course double standards, as it was u who drew the rules up in the first place. U are just taking advantage of your mod powers to be above the rules - and if u try to invoke article 9 against me, of which u have no justification to do so - i'm airing a complaint about u in public, coz i've been labelled a post booster in public, then your action will only prove me right.

u can either settle it like a mature adult and own up to your mistake of labelling me a post booster and prove me wrong about u taking advantage of your mod powers, or settle it like a 2 year old kid and ban me, and in doing so prove me right about u, and i'll take this issue further.

hey ytw my rules were great the forum should have been shut down. the damn story didnt make sense sure i admit the begining was ****aki thats why i didnt say anything about the back to back posting till it got good.

1.The no jumping location rule was needed to make the story make sense no one followed it so the story was pure sh*it first we are at a porn store than at kingcross than a hospital.

2.i didnt say no location jumping i said there has to be some link to how they got for example from aussie to usa.I didnt say you cant go to diffrent countrys i just said link the part some how.(how did they get there)

3.I didnt say no stupid topics me creating mickeywear(the superhero) and recruiting harry potter is clear evidence of this

4.Again following on from the last post was needed to keep the story from not making sense what i ment by this rule is for example

There were rules, you (talking about everyone) didnt obey them, the thread got deleted- end of story.

Posting twice in a row (like you did in that thread at least once) is indeed postboosting. I had the right to call you a postbooster, but if you read my post again, you will notice that I never did. I just quoted the rules, and they weren't just for you. well I have three things to say

Point One: Gareth spoke his mind - did everyone agree with him NO! he was racist and we got rid of him - he may be back but I every much doubt it (im refering to the Lui the legend case.)

U did call me a post-booster, just that u thought u I wouldn't notice if u did it indirectly. U said "You (refering to me) should read the rules before u post" and then left article 6. U were implying that I'm a post booster, and the truth came out when u said posting 2 posts in a row is post boosting. Firstly u'll find just about everyone has done that, and secondly with that thread I was waiting for someone to reply, but coz the system crashed and no one had bothered to post i decided to post again, but altered the theme.

if u wanna talk about rudeness, how about ignoring the fact that there were several technical problems, and when there is technical problems an email is automatically sent to whoever is responsible for maintainence, then they don't even make an announcement that there is problems.


as for u zuwank u are a total moron, and a complete coward - if we met face to face u'd soon shut up. Firstly i don't need my mother to fight my wars for me, infact i've been in so many i don't need anyone,especially when i've always fended everyone off, secondly u wanna insult my mother, how about u say that to my face huh?, i won't be giving u a verbal response like i am now (thats coz u are on the other side of the world). Thirdly u state that there is no point bitching about a mod, then whats the point in bitching about me then. u definetley can't practice what u preach. There was 3 best band threads no body really replied one got closed and all went to the second page... you opened up a new one and someone closed it and told you in a friendly manor that you should go to the second page - you got hostile and opened another thread bashing the mods and here we are again three weeks later the same this time 3 ****ing threads on ****

The cricket thread you proclaimed if I recall "You dont know dick" but I maybe wrong and that maynot be you ok so I was wrong but you have got to understand everything you have done wrong and should stop
