Congrats to the Dutch. Very Sound performance. First two goals were dodgy however. I dont think the 1st was a penalty. 2nd goal was scored from an offside position by Ruud. In Saying that, Holland dominated the game and deserved their victory and progression to the quarters. 3rd goal was class.

I just found out that Kluivert scored 40 goals for Holland :o

wtf
Holland has 2 strikers that would fall into the top 5 of the world and that lad and they decide to play with one. If they didn't have players like Seedorf, Davids, and van der Meyde that could hit the post from outside the box they'd be roast ******* meat. Switch to a 4-4-2, Dick!

Holland has their own unique style of play and that's with two wide players in a 4-3-3 system. 4-4-2 is not our style; we experimented with it during the post-tournament friendlies and it simply doesn't work for us.

Has Robben surpassed VDV in being the best young player/prospect in Dutch football? This kid has been one of the most impressive players in this tournament......that burst of speed, judgement in taking on a defender, technique, confidence/arrogance....he's soo efficient with the ball, man
