Also the refferee was terrible (his second terrible game after Denmark-Italy), how can someone like that leads a important game like yesterday??

I'm sure that Holland will goes home after the first round, Germany will win wednesday..

How I see the future?? After EURO2004 Advocaat will be fired and Foppe de Haan will leads us to WC2006 in Germany where Johan Cruijff will take it over and will take revanche for 1974 with young players like Robben, van de Vaart, Sneijder, De Jong and Stekelenburg...

why the hell was Bosvelt on?
he hardly plays good for man city.what the f*** would he do to holland.robben was playing class.

also van bronkhorst thinks he is always in midfield,he tries to dribble past and loses the ball ,leaving a hole in the left.van der sar although making good saves does commit mistakes.and cocu?the captain and eldest player in the squad with a lame pass.

and what about these refs?they nowadays play a major role in the games.their stupid,idiotic decisions have done enough.
first of all,the ruud penalty should have been given,heitinga's second yellow was not needed.the ref was TOO much fussy,blowing his damn whistle for even a small nudge.
does that spanish ref do the same in la liga too?

these refs are getting away too much nowadays.why don't they get fined?

as for the match,well,the czech's never gave up.we talk about italy,france,etc as favourites to win,but what about the czechs who r playin awesome.
nothing to take away from their performance though.

You could really see that we start playing worse when Robben was substituted.

Baros was injured for most of the time, that's why he didnt play as expected. Although in the few matches he came up, he did a pretty decent job. I would start Baros and Cissé if i was Benitez.

Thank´s to the 2 countries, this was amazing football end to end. No one deserved to lose this game but hey guess what, there´s also glory in defeat, the Netherlands have an amazing team and I´m praying that they can reach the knockout stage.

To all the defensive teams in the world, watch it and weep, this was pure football at is best and every game should be played like this one.

Thank´s once again for a marvellous hour and a half of pure joy. :rockman:

Almost forgot... Nedved was unbeliavable!! what a perfect game he made!

Czech coach Karel Brückner said he will give Pavel Nedved and some other key plaers a rest in the match vs Germany. I don't know whether it is good for Germany, in 2000 Portugal also played with substitutes and they lost.

Seedorf and Davids played out of their minds. This game could have gone either way to be honest.. lots of hit posts, near misses for the Dutch...

Don't know what all the bitching about the Robben sub is all about. He wanted to preserve his lead, so he brought in defense.
