NET FRAMEWORK and the new FIFA editing tools

I beg of whoever out there who is making FIFA editing programs, PLEASE do not use NET FRAMEWORK.

It's the evilest most annoying thing I have used on a computer in years.

I cannot get Rinaldo's File Master to run at all, and the FIFAdata editor won't work either on my desktop computer.

Wonder of wonders, FIFAdata editor works on my laptop.

I have been using it all night adding in lots of missing players to the FIFA.DB.

I must have opened and closed it and used UNIDB in between at least 15 times.

Then this last time, it gives an error and won't open anymore.

Tells me Item has already been added. Key in dictionary 172746 Key being added: 172746.

But the great part of NET Framework is where is this Key? Because I'll just delete the entry and restart the program.

But yeah, where is the Key?

It's impossible to get any good work done with the FIFA roster because the programs are always failing. :nape:

I'll do this for myself :boohoo:

I'll add even more to it.

Had NET Framework 1.1 worked great until the above Key issue.

So I uninstalled 1.1 Went into the windows folder and deleted what was left over.

Download the just released NET Framework 2.0

Installs nicely.

Start up Fifa data editor and the key is already in the dictionary.

What dictionary? Where?

The dictionary I removed/deleted? The new dictionary? The invisible dictionary?

Normally when things like this happen a person can use Google and gain knowledge and insight.

Not for NET Framework.
