go to the 'Preferences' menu, the Display option on your left, and then de-select the 'Full Screen' option...bare in mind that i think you must have a big resolution in order to do it..u usually use 1152x864..

actually you must have a bigger resolution than 1024x764 to use that option. ;)
i.e: 1280x1024.
