need help

there is a guide that explain how to draw lines on kits...
but there is missing part:

8. Here are what effects I will use on this kit to gain the 3D line effect
Stroke - Colour:#2E2E2E

Inner Glow - Colour:#000000

Outer Glow - Colour:#000000

can some one post pics or any other guide that will show what we have to do in those parts of the guide above ^^^

i know that but there are more settings to put in inner shadow, outer shadod and storke..
no one know???
