Need help about FIFA 08 Xtreme Quality Patch !

Does anyone has the link of this patch? I found on google but all link they gave has died. Plz give me if u have this one, thanks a lot.
By the way, does any1 know how to change the motion just like fifa 11 ( FIFA online)? Here is the pic of them:

well its not patch its some dll file and text file that you put in fifa 08 directory (exaly its work on every game) and you adjust your graphic that you will see in game.
