Need a patch for improving PES4 quality.

My hardware is not good----------Geforce 2 32MB and P3 933MHZ.
I don't want to buy a new hardware.
Can anybody make a patch for improving quality?
When I choose low quality in the game, I can get high quality.
or
When I choose high quality in the game, I can get good speed.

So basically you want a patch that totally overides the limitations of your PC architecture?

And will cause a game that requires a minimum specification to actually run at full power on lower than that recommended minimum specification?
