Need a favour please!

I'm currently writing an essay on subfertility for uni and plan to include the attached picture for illustrative purposes, however, I was hoping someone would be kind enough to edit it for me so that the light blue background is white and the dark blue bits including the lines are black. Oh and also if you could please correct the tiny weeny typo at the bottom right, where it says jas instead of has. I would do this myself but I haven't got Photoshop at the moment, so I'd be extremely grateful if someone could have a go at it...thanks.

Thanks, Nick...one thing tho...could you make the dark blue outlines of the ovaries etc. black too or is that too difficult? If it's too much bother don't worry about it cos it looks great as it is.
