D12 is amazing, every dunk was a 50 (Y) and Green is ****, all he has is height... Moon should've been in the final round, his 2nd dunk was better than Green's stupid ladder dunk.

PS: the way Dwight WHIPPED the ball into the basket for the superman dunk was amazing

Dude, like Dr. J said (I think it was Dr. J) no one here realizes how hard it is to dunk flatfooted without shoes. Secondly, Jamario Moon did ****; Gerald Green's birthday cake dunk was the most creative thing I've ever seen at the dunk contest and I would have put him through on that alone. Moon had all this hype for his dunk from a foot behind the free throw line, and then he jumped like a yard inside of it, what the hell? His first dunk was very good, but certainly not better than Green.

the cupcake dunk was awesome

moon did nothing and looked stupid when he put that tape on the floor and then ended up jumping from a yard inside of it just like Shifty said.

ok? the shoeless dunk was in the finals though. Moon and Green were tied after their first dunks... and Green's ladder dunk was not better than Moon's, even though he did step inside the FT line. Moon's mistake was putting that tape down in the first place, yes, but the distance he jumped was still impressive. and the fact that Kapono had to bounce it to him made it that much harder. I don't get how he got a lower score than a guy who jumped up 2 feet away from the rim, grabbed a stationary ball and dunked it. whatever, the whole judging system is flawed.

Gerald Green is garbage. That little punk ass noob shouldn't have gotten near the final last year with that crap show, this year he was a bit better with a creative idea, but D12 is the justified winner and not the little bitch. All Green ever does is copy other people's dunks, except for blowing out the cake. Moon f-ed up with the free-throw line dunk but if he had made it like in practice or pulled off a different dunk then it could have been a different story.

Howard is the man this time around and the other 3 should not even be bothered.

EWWW Primoz Brezec is a Raptor. :| Someone grab me a bucket please. Thank god he'll be gone by the summer so I guess it was a non-factor for a non-factor. Peace Juan Dixon, you were a cool guy.

What a panic trade by the Cavs. I don't see how they've improved from this trade other than showing Lebron that they are trying to make the team better.

I think the Cavs are better. Wallace is garbage, but so was Gooden. Hughes is worthless, and they got Delonte West and Wally World to replace him. Good haul in my opinion. Also, Joe Smith is still a pretty good player.

God I love Golden State. I think that I've watched 4 or five games of theirs and they were all pretty damn entertaining----the one against the Suns might've been the best basketball game that I've seen in nearly a decade.

I hope they make it out of that alarmingly difficult conference of theirs, man because they're by far the most exciting team to watch as far as I'm concerned.

They can run with the best of em and bang and get gully with the toughest out there also.....I just love their tenacious and hyper aggressive attitude, man....they defiinitely live up to their name....btw, what phenomenal leaders Captain Carlos and B-Diddy are, man.....awesome stuff.

tho like utah showed (and the mavs in a way) in last years playoffs all it takes is a team with strong inside play to stop them. Regular season is different story. Its like kindergarten play.

:O

Well, that is sad, the Rockets deserve to be in the playoffs, but also they are my least fav team from this West top 10, so at least that opens up a spot for another team in to reach the playoffs. (hopefully Blazers...tho unlikely)

btw... How bout NO... From top in the west down to 5th just after 3 games!
I now officially love this Western conference!

The West is so wide open this year, it really does feel like a college conference coming down to the last week of the season.

It's a shame Yao is out, especially with the run that the Rockets are on right now, this officially kills their hopes. Denver is gonna be the 8th and final playoff team now. The Blazers are too young and inexperienced.

yeah, but you somehow have to become experienced right?
Anyway, just because it is THIS years west Ill let this one slip :p
They are gonna dominate the West after ~2 years with all the now all-mighty teams getting really old and running out of.. leaders and superstars.

Yao :(

Rockets seem to be coping alright without him at the moment though, up 37-16 with 4 minutes to go in the 2nd...

I hope all that hype about Scola at the pre-season was correct!

It is so funny hearing Yao speak English you can detect a hint of a Texan accent masked behind the Chinese accent.

Sorta like Owen Hargreaves who's accent sounds like a mix of German, English and Canadian.
