Well if it is anything like 01/02 you are in the add manager screen. Click on a club. Click on a player. Click on his nationality and will take you to a nation, where you can "Take Control".

ie. Click on Juventus
Click on Nedved
Click on Czech Republic

I think it is the same in CM4 as CM01/02, as JTNY said.

Yes it is the same.

When you load up the game, and click start new game, sya is said Man Utd (Eng). Click (Eng).
