How do you hire staff for your NT, i took over Portugal, but im also manager of Arsenal, and when i offer someone the Assistant Manager job, its for Arsenal and not Portugal, im sick of running u23 u21 and u19 squads and matchs, i want my assistant to do it, but im the only member of staff!

well, you should be able to offer NT job in the 'right-click' menu of the coach you want...try it..

yea just find a coach and the option is there.

I'm managing Ajax and Denmark and I've hired Luis Figo has my U21 coach, Giusseppe Pancaro as my U19 coach, and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Jan Koller and my assistant coachs.

How did you manage to get them to sign with you?? I offer contracts to even the most unkown coaches and they still reject it. Im Brazil so reputation and all should not matter. I have had 5-7 coaches refuse to coach my younger Brazil teams.
