i'm currently manage Brazil national team. there is only a physio and no other staff. i try to appoint someone to become my assistant manager (because i'm too lazy to manage u21 team) but i've failed. no matter who i try to appoint they just reject the role even those low reputation manager

so what? i can't appoint anyone to become an assistant manager?

just keep trying, i'm also managing brasil and it's crap that they don't have any assistand managers, but i'm resignin soon, so i didn't bother much...keep making offers is what you have to do mate

i doubt it works. i already offer 10-20 different manager, assistant manager, coach from different country or club. they just reject it
