National Squad Selection crash

I'm facing an issue with many national teams that I created, when I try to replace players or approve my selections in career mode's National Squad Selection, the game crashes. Please help.

YES every single team has 23 players but when I try to replace players it crashes or even when I ignore replacing them I click on enter to approve the selection it also crashes!

mmm ok in my way the mode go ok at the second matches in october you not select players....you accept the job of nt trainer after the first two matches...and the mode works

I've found the solution by adding only 23 players without forgetting this structure : 3 GKs, 2 RB, 2 LB, 4 CB, 2 CDM, 3 CM, 2 RM, 2 LM, 3 CF/ST/RW or LW
