I have installed Creation Manager and imported the patch but cannot find the new teams. Have I done something wrong?

How should it be done please?

i think if CM didnt do it u must put all teams in league (international) there left of team selection should be it just fin league and find all teams and add them
and dont forget to save after it

WTF. I install this patch with CM and adds teams to international , and when i trying to open the game , I get a error - fifa10 has stopped working. I tryed to remove team from internationl,but it still not working..
