Hi,
does the ATI Radeon 9600 support DirectX 9 ? I don't know.
I've changed the FILM_GRAIN_ON from "0" to "1" and it doesn't change anything in the graphics, cuz in the file "ini_pc.big" there is another FILM_GRAIN_ON which is always on "0". But this is the which is loaded when we start the game.
And when you change that file the game does not load. So I have no idea how to activate the film grain.
