I really am confused about Svence though. He uploaded a video of Anfield to youtube on the 8th June:

So has he just given up on Upton Park and decided to work on Anfield instead? If he can log onto youtube why can't he just come on to soccergaming and explain for himself why he isn't releasing Upton Park?

What is going on with Svence?

I have tried several times to contact Svence via his youtube account but the bloke is clearly ignoring me (as he has logged in several times but hasn't replied)

What is his problem exactly? D1Vika, is there any chance you could talk to him again? Or at least find out if he EVER plans to release Upton Park for FIFA 08?

The sooner i find out some information, the sooner I will stop annoying everyone with my questions!

Well guys, Svence has gone and its looking increasingly unlikely that we will see the release of Upton Park for FIFA 08

If only Svence would come and give us an explanation.

Carrick, i think Sven is bored of this stadium, i think you want to help to make the perfect stadium, but for play in fifa08 you no need a perfect stadium, simply Sven is tyred about tons of changes an updates, it's my opinion.

Good luck with the release, or contact him!!

I'm waiting long time for the release of the stadium because i'm West Ham fan.

To be honest I dont think Svence had a problem with making all the changes I suggested - he always managed to make them without complaining!

Besides, he had the stadium about 90% complete so why would he just 'stop bothering'? (he even told us he was going to release the stadium 'on saturday' - that was many weeks ago now but it shows that the stadium is so nearly completed)

I have tried contacting him via Skype and youtube but no luck so far

Its all very strange but I am hoping he will return in time.

Small Update: Svence logged into youtube 14 hours ago so he hasn't disappeared completely!

Looking back at all the screenshots of this beautiful stadium, I can't tell you how frustrated I am at not having it.

Has Svence been active at all on any BFL forums?

I think honestly and with all due respect Carrick that you should drop this whole matter once and for all, most of all for your peace of mind mate. So far Svence seems not to have any intention of releasing those stadiums for an unknown reason, i think we should let this thread die and move on to different things.

I do see where you're coming from mate but I have waited for over 2 years for this stadium - I am not going to give up now (especially as I know that the stadium is 99% finished and awaiting release)

If Svence does not want to release Upton Park thats fine - what I am really looking for is an explanation from him as to why he has ignored all of my messages when i know he has been online. If i want peace of mind I have to understand why he abandoned this project. I have racked my brains as to why somebody would give up on something when it is so close to being completed but I cannot see any reasonable answer.

I do apologise if i am boring people with this whole issue but please understand how much I want this - it was the only reason i joined soccergaming in 2004 (because I wanted to see a stadium maker build this ground)

I just want to thank everyone who has recognised what I have put into this project. Thankyou also for your patience.
