CBS Sportsline is a good place. Right click on the photo you want then click on properties. Copy the URL address of the photo into the IE address bar, changing it like this:

-http://images.sportsline.com/u/ap/photos/LMN101080509_lower.jpg

to...

-http://images.sportsline.com/u/ap/photos/LMN101080509_1024x768.jpg

Ignore the dashes obviously.

Ahh, thanks alot, very useful..I'm mainly trying to find a picture of Lukas Podolski in German NT jesey from behind, so you see number 20 and podolski clearly.

I'm impressed when i see your wallpapers, you got talent. They are amazing, but if you have the time, could you do a little request for a 1280 x 1024 Wallpaper ?

It should have the logo of my club 1.FC Kaiserslautern ( http://www.hqfl.dk/gfx/logos/ger/), not the shirt badge. And my favorite player Halil Altintop, who scored 4 goals in the last 2 games, beeing our new hope as goalgetter.

where can you find these big pictures? even the ones at getty images dont seem to be big enough. if you just resize them, how is it possible to keep them in a good "resolutionm", i'm not sure how to say it.

oh and, of course, nice wallpapers :P

one last thing.... do you have to pay to register at gettyimages and dowload water-mark free photos? i am quite reluctant to give out home addresses and such without reason.
