my players on loan

Yeah i loan Pedersen to Fulham and he didn't play a single match, i can't believe it?

me too, at most 1-2 matches played when players are on loan.

I might as well just sell them, cause their ability won't be increased with so little games played!

Well it did happen to me to loan a player(Messi) and play 22 games and score 4 goals.And also when I was at Tottenham I loaned a playe(don't remind who) and he played 18 or 19 games scoring two times(by the way he was a midfielder).So sometimes it works well.
But most of the times they don't play at all and even at low teams.Another season I had Van Bronckhorst and Damia loaned for the whole season and they didn't even play a game.

I loaned out five players and the most they ever played was one game each, all of them were better than the existing players on the team they went to. I had a Goal keeper who is an 83 and the goalies on the team he went to are 72 and 65. He never played a game with them.

Its clear that EA hasn't perfected their algorithm at all in many areas. I have heard grumblings of EA being lazy with FIFA 0? and in many areas it is certainly justified. Like I am sure many of you has seen the AI sub one player, and then 5 minutes later sub the same player out it just subbed in. Seriously, these are things that can be fixed with some if-then statements. Just goddamn lazy.
