Ok... i've been playing this CM4 game for a while on and off...

I'm happy with the way my team is.... i'm not happy with my baord and lack of stadium expansion... but we can't always get what we want.

But i thought before the players get too old and the names become too unfamiliar.... i'd post the rise and rise of my mighty swans.

These is my landmarks... current carreer highlight was the 6-1 thrashing of Arsenal in this years Super Cup in which Mutu scored 6 times...

here is the current squad...

I've had better players... i just sold Ronaldinho 'cause he was under-performing... and i sold Kasper Schmeichel just 'cause i didn't like him... and he kept complaining about how he never got a game.

But the rest of the team seem to be pretty cool... although Tinga is out for 8 months, and Joe Cole is out for 5 months...

but i'll cope i think.

I play a 3-4-3 formation with the left and right midfielders playing from Defensive midfield but with the arrow pointing 2 spots ahead to the attacking midfield spot.

I dunno... Mutu was 31 Million (Australian) i've only just bought Yobo for 25 million

... but Mpenza, Forsell were free...

most of the others are picked from teams that got relegated and then i swooped on bargain prices...

my highest paid player only gets 70,000 per week... (which isn't much)

and then i just got the rest of the money from winning stuff...

very very good job (Y) well done. This IS something to be proud of, unlike all those people who think they achieve great things with Man U etc. (nothing wrong with playing with them though;) )

I've stopped playing as Swansea now... after this stage it becomes just like you're a Man Utd, Arsenal, or Chelsea of the present day... which takes the challenge out... a lot of the time you just have to send the team out and they'll win with no real tatics needed...

So now i've set up a mainly Eastern Europe Game - Yugoslavia, Russian, Croatia, Slovakia, Hungary?, Ukraine.... and its got a couple of the lower divisions of those nations in it also... so not only can i pick players from a wider group... i can also swap managerial jobs also if i want a change... (My Swansea game only had English League... so there was never really a point in my opinion to join another club in the same Division as me)

I'm Inter Bratislava from Slovakia... i'm 2nd... just won the Derby... but i got knocked out of the Inter-Toto Cup in the 3rd round to a Russian Team... but i've signed a few better players since then (all for free... or future payments as i have no transfer budget)

I shouldn't have many problems building a team strong enough to take the domestic titles in Slovakia... but i'll probably try to move around a few clubs and then build them up for European Assults....

... I'll report back sometime if i can bring European Glory to Eastern Europe!!!!

or he just chose a random team for a challenge. I do that too, if I want to play with a team in a league I don't have favourites I just play the team with the best name and club colours(H)
