My Game Crashes

I have not edited these teams but my FIFA 13 crashes ONLY with these teams Bolivia, Czech Rep., India, Paraguay, Venezuela I went through a thorough search to find more teams that make the game crash and end result is only these teams make the game crash I don't know why but once I start kick-off it crashes right at training ground prior to game start please if anyone can help with this would be much appreciated as I cant finish my career mode because I have to sim/skip these matches with these teams. in addition in editing in-game it does not crash when trying to edit any of these teams players which is why I'm confused......

Even on my back up game which is original it crashes only with these teams please help

No I haven't installed a patch other than Rev-mod for editing but as I have stated I have not edited those teams but it is those teams that crashes my game

Ok so I re-downloaded Fifa 13 and well obviously it works flawlessly but now my question is if i use the original files instead of the edited ones what would happen to my career mode?

so after trying it out I cant use my career mode with the original files please tell me how I can manually import those 5 teams from the original files (DB,kits,info anything) I don't understand why those 5 teams are corrupted if I never even edited them

Obviously there's an issue with the patch you used, it happens. What you're asking would take pages to explain. You need to search around the forum, read some threads and learn how to use the editing tools. It's all been explained many times. The site where you can download most of those tools is fifa-master.com but it seems to be having problems. CM 13 you can download here.
