to rvdv: just edit the numbers in the columns "doubledigitjerseyfontsize" and "jerseyfontsize" for kits and "shortnumberfontsize" for shorts.
I suggest the following values for all teams:

doubledigitjerseyfontsize: 50
jerseyfontsize: 50
shortnumberfontsize: 13

to chinomj: the image is good, post me or email me a larger one if have. Then a photo with 3 could be useful...

To tevez: I'm planning to make barca font by now. To install fonts I can't explain better than how I did in the last posts in this thread... It's just the same as importing any other image in a fsh file. Read the step by step process at the beginning of the thread and then read the answers to the questions posed before.

Here I come with a font suitable for at least 3 teams: Fiorentina, Lecce and Anderlecht. I'm posting only the relevant colours. For black and white just use a 0000.bmp file from the last font packages.

Fiorentina violet (33) with wrinkles

Then I post a new color for Puma font: red. For the alpha files (shorts and jersey) go back and pick up the ones made for black and white color.
A hint: you can use this font for Czech Republic home shorts and for other national teams with Puma sponsor such as Switzerland, Poland, ...
