I am getting FIFA 2004 tomorrow and I want to know how to use this Creating Center...

Will I be able to make my own team; i.e. custom name, kit, players. And can I make the team in an existing league?

open it
and edit
you cant creat a team or a league
you can just creat a player and put it in a team

if you want to make a team you should work with access
