OK Here goes.
Clearly, there is a problem with importing 2GK kits which results in random crashing. Yes I have used genbh and fatgui and all its varients!
I have so far made a base image of Fifa 2k5 which so far includes replacement Adboards, Boots, TV Logo, Popups and Balls.
I can play every match without a hitch.
Once I start to add 2GK kits, I, like everyone else start getting crashes.
I will tonight try to start adding Premiership kits, and will leave out Goalkeeper Kits and see how it goes.
Does anyone out there have a hunch that there maybe a memory problem here, say when loading Real v Inter. All those faces, all that stadia, all those extra adboards, balls, boots etc exceeding a mandatory value? Im only guessing here, but it is a console port and they have consoles have limited memory!
If so where can we expect to find that value and alter it?
Any ideas on things you have already tried to iron out the 2GK kit crashes very welcome! It will save me finding problems out myself!
It appears already that Ref kits are a no-no.
Cheers
