If you are now able to do create a player then the thing I would like to see is that you are called out from your team on international duty. This would also correspond with the rest of your team being called out to their int'l duty and this would have a effect on their performance in that league.

Besides friendlies they should have Euro 2004 and world cup style tournies involved also, whether your team makes it
