That particular music is good, very good actually. The final countdown by the other hand is an excelent example of bad "so 80's" music.

Actually I don't think the lyrics are so great, but they fit the rhythm of the song very well. The videoclip is wonderful, with some scenes of a Brazilian derby, an awesome crowd, etc.

have you tried to write in the Kazaa's search box something like just "partida de futebol", or "partida futebol skank" or something like that ?? If not, you could probably find more users who have this song, really very "famous" here in Brazil...

That's sad. Since it's such a popular song here in Brazil, and it seems Kazaa is the most popular file sharing software, it should be very easy to find. Actually it's easy for me (I use Kazaa Lite + Speed Up) and if I try to search for "skank partida futebol", as Guile suggested, I get up to 100 results... (:/) (clicking the "Search More" button twice)

Ok guys - I'm pulling out my hair here. I have a fairly decent idea of what kind of song(s) I need and there are parts of certain songs I want to use with the mass of footage I have. However, I just don't think they're just 'right' so let me re-phrase my original question/request;

What pieces of music do YOU use to pump yourself up with? i.e. I dunno if you play a lot of sports or even need to get pumped up/excited but, if you did, what musical pieces would do it for you. I don't neccesarily mean songs that make you 'happy' either - i mean sh!t you listen to when you want to get so psyched you want to beat the crap out of the team you're going to be playing even more [Neutral's violent side comes out here - lol].

I'll give you guys two examples;

i)BOOM - by POD, this was the last song in my second WE6 video and I played it on my car stereo every time I drove to the rink before games in this hockey league I was playing in last summer.

ii)Pompeii - E.S.Posthumus - same as above (except it wasn't in my video and wouldn't work anyway).

So what do you listen to to pump you up (if they're not ones you haven't already mentioned)?

I remember hearing this in a BBC advert for Newcastle's UEFA Cup match against Metz. It semed rather fiting considering the macth was tough.
