Multiplayer options in WE6 / PES2

Hi as I sit here and collect dust waiting for the US release, can someone tell me if you are allowed to play 2 human controled players on the same team in the Master League. One of the things I love to do as well as have my own seasons etc, is play with my friend and on the same team.. and the ML will give me the options I want. Please let me know. Thanks

I am at my work now, but will check it out for you tonight. I think it is a possibility, because in PES2 the only multiplayer you seem to get without any problems is with one or more friends in ONE team. Sadly, playing AGAINST a mate is merely restricted to friendlies. Don't ask me why. I'll get back tonight (maybe in your country it is morning/afternoon by then).

Great thanks.. cause it would be a huge feature for me if two or more people can play on the same team... master league would make that so much cooler.

Anyway, yeah in the USA it is 9am.. so just podt here whenever you know and I will check it.. Thanks again.

Really??? I'm not talking WE6 FE.... I mean E6 or PES2?? (not sure what we are gettign here in the US:) ) if so That is great!! HOw does it work, is there a "side select" just before you go into the game?? Please give me more info :)

Sorry my reply is so late. Couldn't get to my PC sooner.

Well: I just tried it out for you. Foss is right: you can have up to 8 mates controling your master league team (you have to have two multitaps to do so, of course). It actually works quite nice and user-friendly. Before eacht match there's a pre-match-screen. There is an option 'player settings' there, and that is where you can decide if one or more mates join you. You can make the choice per match, which is a really good thing, I think. This must be good news for you, but I still wonder why they won't give us that opportunity to choose before every match in every cup or league and expand it with the choice to play a match BETWEEN friends. Hope you understand my point.

By the way: I play PES2 (a great game, if you haven't noticed), which is said to be the version closest to the one that will come to the states.
