MSN Display Pic request.

Hey im not sure if this is sposed to be in the other forum but we'll soon find out. Can anyone change this into a MSN display pic? Feel free to add different things to make it look cooler. Thanks in advance....

thank u for the comment gerrard 17, so i need to improve my graphic skills, and one more thing i dont use adobe photoshop 7 i use some other software in which i have very less tools. so i cannot do it perfect but still i try.

serif photoplus 5.5, it dosent have any good tools like lasso, and it has very less filters and very less graphics tools.

You don't need a lot of filters and tools...

You could make that avatar a lot cleaner by cutting out the picture properly.

i dont have any tools for cutting the picture, i have to erase the background with an eraser. that takes too much time and it really suck.
