@Nono: I don't really understand what you say. So, I got 2 possible interpretation of what you said:
1) You want the template that I use.
2) You want to know how to make the curved writing (as in flag 4 of Flamengo - Urubuzada one)
I use Photoshop CS2, but it's probably no big difference in tools. So:
1. Click "Horizontal Type Tool" and create a new type layer (just click once on the flag)
2. Click "Create Warped Text". On the window that shows up, select "Arc". Now, on the "Bend" section, select any value you want.
3. Now type what you want. For positive values of "Bend", the result will be like in my third screen. For negative values, the text will be bent the opposite way.
