We are being linked to Pogba again and a Mexican winger called Lozano, but he is right footed and plays mostly left wing. We have too many players for that position.

I absolutely loved his news conference.

He says Rooney should be striker, meaning himself or Zlatan will be on the bench and Rashford probably further down the pecking order. That worries me. If that's the case, Rooney should definitely be benched. Micki should be CAM.

EDIT: I didn't read the whole story. He says "For me, he will be a No 9 or a No 10, or a number nine-and-a-half, but with me he will never be a No 6, not even a No 8"

Meaning he will probably play behind Zlatan, Micki on the right and Martial left.

I do not think Mata will stay unless he plays from the bench (would be a high quality sub but a waste of talent)

Zlatan
Martial Rooney Micki

Mourinho usually plays 4-2-3-1. Micki is probably the best to play the number 10 and ideally Rooney should be dropped and we get a right winger (GRIEZMANN) but none of that will happen.

That attack above with the correct tactics is good enough to challenge the title IMO.

We are very heavily linked with Pogba and he has said in the past that he still loves man U. Not sure if he would switch from UCL to Europa but so many players have downgraded to Europa already. If Pogba comes (I still expect him to go to Real Madrid though) who should partner him?

there is something about bvb which causes players to play above their ability and many of them (exception Lewandowski) disappoint when they move elsewhere but crucially Mkh was already very impressive when he moved to bvb and Shakhtar players tend to shine at other clubs, so I think you can be hopeful

Pogba would be fantastic but do we need him? He would be an upgrade but we have like 6 midfielders and I thought Schweinsteiger did good last season, when he played. Schweinsteiger and Carrick or Schneiderlin is solid enough. His # 6 is available if he is to come.

I would have prefered a left footed winger, Micki CAM and Martial left. It is a shame that Depay will have to sit on the bench because he can't play RW.
