Morgan Anderson guilty as charged

Morgan Anderson the ex-Lyn Oslo manager, who was accused by Chelsea, Mikel Obi and his agent John ****tu, of forging Obi's contract at 18 years old, therefore making his sale of Obi to Man U illegal, has been found guilty as charged.

The documents were clearly and quite badly forged according to the court.

This vindicates everything that Chelsea and Obi said at the time, that the contract was never signed by Obi and that Anderson had no rights whatsoever to sell Obi to Manchester United.

Anderson has leave to appeal, but as the 2 years prison sentence was suspended for 2 years, he would be mad to risk getting a heavier punishment.

The matter of compensation to be paid to Chelsea will be heard in due course.

Those of you that jumped on the Chelsea hating media bandwagon at the time, can post your opologies in this thread.

If you just feel like the idiot that you are, and are too embarrassed or defensive to say sorry thats OK, 'cos it's enough for us to know that you were so very very wrong about all this, and we were so very very right.

They did Joey, but that was just a little gift that Roman gave himself. It hasn't paid off unfortunately which is a shame for the EPL as a whole. It would have been really something if we had of got the Sheva of old huh?.

Anyway, recouping the dosh isn't about the money. It's about the principle involved. It's also about reminding a lot of people that their opinions regarding Chelsea over the Obi saga, were wrong in the extreme.

Maybe if we get the money back, then at least one little newspaper might actually print an update to this case, because up to now I have not seen one English newspaper publish news of Anderson's guilty verdict.

Every newspaper in the country wanted Chelsea's blood at the time this was happening, and now the club have been proved right, not one of the scum has a word to say about it.Not one.

That in itself actually makes me feel a little smug to be honest. Silence can sometimes be very loud.......as the number of responses to this thread have prooved.

So basically the whole thing was a farce from the beginning. Why didn't this come out sooner, United were very publicly humiliated by the whole saga, because it looked like Chelsea had just "stolen" a player under contract to us. Also the whole thing of Mikel beaming and holding the United #21 shirt at a press conference added a different layer of deceit to the whole sorry saga.

Mind you, no offence but having seen his first year he doesn't look that much of a miss to be honest, he seems like an over aggressive little basket. Plus it worked out because we got Anderson (The Brazilian wonderkid).

So in closing, it looks like this guy was to blame for the whole thing!

United were publicly humiliated yes and no, as to some people, it just gave them an excuse to pile on the hate to Chelsea, not even compromising when we tried to make a case for ourselves.

Well, its not suprising that this matter has been shrugged off by many since it was basically almost everyone that believed Chelsea were the main culprit in this saga.
