More furkin regen questions....

...well just a couple for those in the know.

1. Do regens appear only after the player that is being re-created retires or can they appear while the player is still playing?

2. I've already been told that position and nationality for a regen will be the same, but are regens more likely to appear at the club where they were playing in their 'past lives' possibly before they retired, or can they appear at any club?

3. Will they always appear in their respective national under 21s?

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm sick of goddamn Roma signing every good player in the game.
