For those who don't understand spanish: Basically Boca is trying to get one of the 3 franchises available in the MLS, apparently Boca made some market investigation and found that it was viable, so there are talks between Boca's directives and different investors from the US. It would be located in either, Miami, Arizona(Phoenix), Los Angeles or New York(Which sounds more likely in my opinion). Apparently Boca giving out the rights for the name wouldn't have to pay anything for the franchise and CABJ would get 10-20% of this new team's profit. If this turns out to happen Schelotto would be the poster boy of this new team.
In those things they point out that it'll more likely happen. The matter is for a while Boca has been complaining that the reserve teams matches aren't enough, more than once they are suspended just because or at times they aren't even started and when that happens they are never played. Boca wanted a "B" side in Chile but the chileans don't want to know anything about such so they found that the system of the MLS suits perfectly, it would be a team for some of their reserves and youth players. In 2005 some months after Chivas USA started to play there were talks that both Boca and River were looking if to have a Boca Juniors USA and/or a River Plate USA was somehow viable. So if this happens i wouldn't be surprised to hear about a River Plate USA next, where is Boca there must be River too.
Now for the comic mischief, this will be good because it means these kids will have their matches broadcasted before they go on loan to a 2nd division club of Ecuador or Israel and 1 year after they will be free agents.:funny:
