Well spring training is upon us so i thought to open a new thread. A lot has happened during the off season. So lets see:
1 - A-Rod officially changed his name to A - Roid than reveals has a cist
2 - Manny signed a 45 mill 2 year contract he had already rejected TWICE.
3 - Yankees sign CC, Teixeira and Burnett to once again prove you CAN"T buy rings.
4 - The Mets in need of a closer signed 2 in Putz and K-Rod
5 - 104 anonymous players were tested positive in 2003 (A-Roid being one of them)
6 - The Baseball world Cup is up and running, Japan Yes Japan is in for the repeat.
7 - John Smoltz signs with Boston, to be their Hall Of Fame rottation fill.
8- New Yankee stadium to open.
9- Citi Field to open.
Nwayz, should be an interesting season. The AL east should be the best division in baseball. The AL West also looks much improved with the As signin some supposedly washed out players. The Angels filled the void left by Teixera leaving by signing Abreu to a one year deal. Santana seems to be hurt and if that is the case the Mets are fvcked. The Phillys are the holders and will play with pride. Should be an interesting division on the NL.
Well i am not sure if anyone will do a fantasy league. I would love to have one again although last season seems like only me and Yoss were partially participating. Min is active only when he wants to trade for a player lol.
Anyways lets all enjoy this season of Americas past time.
