ML Player transfers

Hi, i just started a Masterleague and won the d2 and the cup. I want to buy players but when iI try to buy there always comes: breakdown....
Can I only buy poor players or...???
what does breakdown means??
If you know good players you CAN buy plz tell me... cheers

Usually it means you aint offering enough, or the player doesnt want to join. When your searching for players, press 'Right' on the direction pad, and stars should be appear next to the name of the player. The more stars = the higher chance of the player joining.

Unless your on 5* or 6*, then it hides the rating.

When your choosing the Negotiation Terms for a player, just use the D-pad to increase/decrease the transfer money/players wages.

EDIT : As for good players :

Rooney, Martins, C. Ronaldo, Kaebi/Kaabi, Kompact, Lewis, Cardozo.

All young players who become world class within 2 seasons.

Ive tried Cassano, Savialo, Joaquin, Owen, Gerrard, Ronaldo, C.Ronaldo...
and they all DONT want to join..
for most of them i wanted to pay 3000 more then normal and they still dont want.... ... breakdown !!!!

yeah im playing on 5 stars with madrid,tried to trade figo(13000 pts or so) with ronaldinho(13000),5 seasons and 200+for his salary=BREAKDOWN

tried it again with figo + 5000pes ans still breakdown even after winning the d2 league with 6 games to go and then winning the cup

I guess Division 2 isn't good enough league for that kind of players. By the way, does the WEFA Ranking affect on this?

yeah anti but i reappllied for the transfer after getin into div 1 and he still wouldnt sign,even relatively poor players wouldnt sign,sneijder from ajaz for example

Sneijder is quite good. But it's weird that nobody wants to sign. Well, my best guess is that the WEFA Ranking plays a vital role in this, because you're almost automatically at the end of the list, at least after the first season.

Well, me and my cousin have won everything except 1 D1 Cup in about 5 seasons..

Been top of WEFA ranking for about 2-3 seasons..

And it even takes us hours to buy a player, we have to save it and keep loading it up simply because its ****ed..

Sneijder..lol, we have tried getting him since the 2nd season and he still aint joining..

Even getting players not at a club is impossible..

And we offer alot of money simply because we are loaded..and still nobody joins..

Like I said, save it, try for 3 hours and then you will be lucky enough to get a player, but I dont think I have ever gotten a player on the first 5 tries..

At current, my team is

-----Borre---Kompany---Morgan
----------Wouter---Aaltonen
---Kaebi------------------------C. Ronaldo
---------------Cardozo
----------Rooney
-------------------------------Martins

Thats the default formation, all of those players are UNDER 21, and my attacking force (Martins/Rooney/Cardozo/Kaebi/C. Ronaldo) and Kompany all joined before I was even in Div 1.... so it aint impossible.

Aaltonen? Where did he come from? Is he Finnish, because the name at least is.
