Missing Textures??????

I just bought Fifa 2004 for the PC today, great game & i am inpressed but what put me right off was all the missing textures in the menus & i still can`t figure out what is what. Is there anyway i can fix this?

It's probably ur video card......what kind is it...cuz I got a bad one and there are textures missing in my menu too.....if u wanna fix it your most likely going to need a new video card.
