Missing Popups - can they be added?

Ive noticed that whilst playing there are no popups for injuries or substitutions.... this is annoying, coz the cpu now actually makes subs but i never know wot they are!

Any one know if there is a line in a .ini that needs adding, or should be hope that EA will release it in a fix, which is possibility...

I noticed that as well :(

A bit sloppy I think, I mean it's fair enough getting rid of the cinematics for subs but then to not show anything.


OT, Breamster do you know anything about the half time and full time whistles and which files they are contained in.

EA bodged this up aswell :(
However I think a simple swap with the assigned numbers for half time and full time would fix it.
