Missing dll

I visit proevolutiononline and it redirects me to a porn site. Then i got my pc full of ****. I clean it up and when i boot i have a missing dll. Image.dll I have donload it and install it in windows directory is system and system 32.
P.S I have also found that it is in nero directory.

Searched Image.DLL and it said:

"You could get it, but you DO NOT want it. image.dll is NOT a valid windows file, it IS part of a trojan. Download CWShreder to get rid of it competely. Link below:"

"It is absolutely true. It is a trojan horse and ordinary antivirus programs cannot catch it. The best is to download cwshredder now version 1.50 it will take care of the problem."

i had the same problem, whenever i restarted my comp i got 2 of those

well now i have a new comp, no more kazaa, porn sites, and expired nortons for me
