Misleading Commentary (BUG?)

Many times when I am playing in career mode I have been playing league games and after I score the commentator will often say "they're scoring for fun here of course, they're already guaranteed top spot" when that is ABSOLUTELY false. This also happens in ECC. It can be very misleading because hearing comments like that makes me feel less inclined to treat the match with importance when realistically I should.

Anyone else experience this?

Yep, I get this. The commentary is out of sync. If you listen, they say you are half way through the season when you're actually only about a quater of the way through. They've been saying I'm the Champions since about just over half way! Every time I miss, MaCoist goes "Oh well, they won't mind, they're champions anyway"!!!:f***: :f***: It's driving me nuts!!!

I get that often

it happens in Career Mode in the League and European Cup.

I thought I'd be qualified for the next round and took it easy - and then I crashed out...

btw I got the German Version... so it probably sucks in any language!

Yep, I get it in the cups especially. They say how I'm in a real chance of winning it once I'm past the first round with Bristol Rovers. They also say I'm through to the medal round quite a lot when it's not true.

They also can't seem to distinguish between a good goal and an ordinary one. And when I take long shots that just miss they always say I should have done better.

I suppose it's tough to program commentary for a football game because of all the variety.
