MiniCEP 14 Patch

Hi guys, I'm Serhiy from Ukraine.
I decided to make MiniCEP patch which contains 144 strongest teams from all 37 UEFA countries not included in the original FIFA game.

The teams list: (completed via voting in the neighbor thread)

Technical issues:

1. There will be 2 versions: for clean FIFA and based on MWMod (with Turkcell Superlig)
2. It will be released by step by step, via 11 parts:

(Teams already made/Teams must be created, in the third row - total quantity of teams must be created for each part)
3. Finally it will be All-in-one patch where all the teams will be divided to 4 leagues: S,W,N,E georaphically.

Original CEP 09,10,11 patches had full missed UEFA leagues with all teams, totally near 300-350 teams. But I have neither team nor energy to make it. So I choose the best teams from each country and called it MiniCEP.
And what do you mean, '8 competitions'?

Посчитай сам - надо сделать 39 клубов, значит, сделано уже 144-39=105. Т.е. 105/144=0,729=73%.

Yeah, today I finished make 7 'Little world' teams and start to do 6 'Slavonic' teams. I'll publish these parts on Tuesday or Wednesdsay.
