Mini Head Making Help Please

Hey fellas i am having some trouble with making mini heads and its only by chance that i can get one right i usually take a screen shot of o edit cut out so i just have the face with a transperant backround then resize the head to the appropriate size on the mini head texture but most of the time when i import to 07 menu working the backround come up black, grey or the platers skin colour????

Can someone that knows how to make them list the steps, settings etc they use to make miniheads please. Preferably in photoshop as that is the program i use. thanks

You must import with PNG File (Photoshop) with transparancy layer !

You can preview face with Kit Raptor (add ID), then catch screenshot !

yep i know mate i have the backround transparent it looks like this in photoshop

and this what it comes out like in popups manager.

Notice the black bits near the rtop right of his head??

that's just the preview, man! it hasn't good quality. it looks even worse with minikits. didn't you import it to see how it looks ingame before posting this?!

seems to be a different problem, though. the miniface is perfectly transparent, the way it's imported is wrong. i never imported minifaces but since this seems to be software bug other people must have noticed it?
