Im really a massive fan of Forsell, he stands out at Birmingham. And is chelseas top scorer :D . 18 goals for him this season is it? talented player, and chelsea's best striker.

If its a english link they probs got Steinfurt from somewhere else. Mixed up or something.

CLAUDIO RANIERI - BARCLAYCARD PREMIERSHIP MANAGER OF THE MONTH

Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri has picked up the Barclaycard Manager of the Month Award having won three games out of three in March.
Chelsea are still keeping the pressure on London rivals Arsenal thanks to victories over Bolton Rovers (2-0), Fulham (2-1) and Wolverhampton Wanderers (5-2).

The award will come as a timely fillip ahead of their clash against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

The decision was made by the Barclaycard Awards Panel, which includes representatives from football's governing bodies, the media and fans.

Nic Gault of the Barclaycard Awards Panel said: "Loved by the fans, and respected by his players, Claudio Ranieri has done a fantastic job at Chelsea under the media spotlight.

"He has always focussed on what matters most, the football, and appears to be relishing the challenge before him. Ranieri has got Chelsea playing some great football and continues to pick up the points, what’s more he does it with a smile on his face. A very worthy recipient."

I saw a press conferance on Sky Sports News and he has never looked so happier, it looks like everything with Roman and Kenyon is sorted out, although he refused to comment on it.

I hope he gets it in April and May too. If he does it should mean we've won a couple of trophies (sorry Arsenal, at least we've let you have the FA Cup :p), then Manager of the Season as well.

Both guys deserve it. Forsell for being a stand out player at Birmingham and scoring lots of goals. And Ranieri for taking a lot of sh!t from Kenyon and Abramovich and still doing a great job.

Forssel has really surprised me though its funny how Chelsea spent tons of money to buy strikers when they already had a great one in their possession... though I wouldn't be surprised if Roman goes after even more strikers and leaves Forssel at Birmingham for another loan session...

I think ppl often look too much into players scoring a lot of goals on subpar teams, and saying how good theyd do with better service.

Yeah, Steinfurt is in Germany. Damnit, he would've solved our striker problems. :(
I knew of his german roots, but wasn't sure what that Steinfurt was supposed to mean..

It's great that people finally start to realise what potential and talent there is in him. The loan spell at Birmingham has just proved that he can score in the EPL just like in Germany. I hope Chelsea comes up with a good decision on him, keep him or sell him. Loaning to Italy or Germany again would be an option too.

I once saw him play 5-a-side in Helsinki with some of his old friends I spose. :)
