http://www.moddingway.com/file/15590.html download and install that. Under program files, fifa master, file master 12, there is a program called rx3 master. open it, then click file, open, find the rx3 file you want to edit and open that. click import image, find the png you want, do the same for bump and reflex. click save and you're all done

i don't know exactly what it does. but it affect the texture colour in the game brighter or darker.
