anyway, i'm thinking too much into the future. I played this game for 10-15 minute @ my friends house. The game is not bad, not bad at all.

I thought Hideo Kojima said he was going to stop the MGS series after Sons of Liberty? He seemed pretty adamant about it, too.

I won't be picking up Snake Eater, though.

I rented it. It's only worth renting. I beat the game in two days on hard. The game is cool, but it's a damn soap opera. Way too many cut scenes.

Soap operas have animated cut scenes?

I was annoyed about all the cut scenes in MGS2 and I was hoping they would cut back on that but I guess they haven't

Heh. Not that I know of, but the story line is really cheesy. And there are just way too many cut scenes. It's not a really bad game, just not worth buying in my opinion. The ending was like 20 minutes, they went overboard with trying to make this game like a movie.

ya, the MGS series has gone overboard with the cutscenes... MGS2's ending was just annoying, after you beat all the Metal Gear Rex's, there's like 45 minutes of cut scenes and 5 minutes of playing

but still, I love the MGS storylines, I don't mind watching them

I'm currently playing The Twin Snakes on Gamecube which is basically MGS1 remade with MGS2 graphics and playability. This is the best game in the MGS series. Not too many cut scenes and lots of great gameplay. I'll buy Snake Eater, I'm a die hard MGS fan

I wish Kojima would remake the PS1 MGS into PS2 version.
I collect everything from posters, MGS1 (PS1), MGS2 (PS2) & MGS3 (PS2).

God, I love MGS 3 !! I will play it over & over until I will become a master in MGS series !

anyone who finished Snake Eater, im fighting the boss, The End, right now and i was wondering how much more i have to go to finish the game??

I'm done a month ago. It took me 26 hrs to finish the game in normal mode. I got the camera, the Boss' patriot (unlimited ammo) & a tuxedo camo.

The End should be an easy one. Well, it takes endurance. To beat him, check the map every time & The End should have left many circle dots on the map. Use the dots as indicators to locate him. Oh, btw, to get his camo, sneak him behind him & hold him up. And, you'll get his camo.
