As there is no point in having an open thread without sharing updates, I am excited to announce that I will be presenting my latest work as soon as possible. I have three significant projects in the pipeline, and while the outcomes are uncertain, I am committed to delivering my best effort.
Please respect my personal goals and refrain from requesting faces at this time.
I also want to take this opportunity to address recent events and clear up some misconceptions. It has been claimed that I promoted paid content, which is untrue and quite disheartening. Since I began modding FIFA in 2013, I have consistently shared my work for free. When modding practices changed and assets became restricted, I ensured that my contributions remained accessible to everyone. My faces have been available for conversion across various FIFA versions, from FIFA to EA FC and from FIFA 22/23 to FIFA 14/16.
Yes, I did start BMC, but I never promoted it in any form and have not received any money from it. In fact, I no longer have access to my credentials to collect any potential earnings. The notion that I was selling my mods is unfounded and, frankly, offensive. The actual issue arose when an individual from Egypt stole and sold my faces, along with many others, for profit on his fan page. To protect my work, I initially removed all links and sought ways to prevent further theft. This was not to place my work behind a paywall but to make it more difficult to steal.
However, I have realized that making it harder to access my work also affects the thousands of users who genuinely appreciate it. I received numerous messages about broken links, and in a moment of frustration, I jokingly posted the offending page to assert my claim. I did not anticipate that this would be misinterpreted. This is my work but not my page!
In summary, I am back and will be sharing my work soon. My faces will always remain free and fully accessible, as they have always been.
