I think this shows that people who make sigs for people on here should put their own little watermark in to prove it. I don't know like a barcode or additional signature. It could simply be a line of 4 pixels, exact colours, in the corner or something.
This way it'd fix the whole issue.
there is simple way to code your pic
open you sig in hexeditor and add your nickname somewhere
if you'll see it looks like normal sig and noone expects there is hidden message inside
eg. this is your current sig
and this is your sig with "Budge Soccergaming" inside of it, normally invisible; but if you have Total Commander save it and open with F3 (Lister) and choose Hexadecimal view and you'll see it; or use Hexeditor (Hexworkshop or other)
of course it couldn't be a nickname coz plagiator could see there and replace it but if you'll enter somewhere specific number - no chances, coz who would know which number and where he had to replace?

it's like if I were to have one of my paintings stolen, a sig is a piece of art that is unique and individual, just because someone makes it for many different people doesn't mean that you can claim it as your own because it's out there to take.
