ve3d.com and shacknews.com are a certain type of website. Great websites, two of my favourites in fact.

I know the type of journalism you are talking about. You are right, we don't do that at Soccer Gaming. Not just for FIFA mind you... for every game. For 6 years now we have been running the site in a certain way, and it has been very successful. So I am sticking to that.

In regards to the statements that you have said that are incorrect, I refer to your comments on EA's advertising affecting my view on the game. As I pointed out, I do not make comments (negative or positive) on the game (I leave that up to other reviewers and people in these forums) so regardless of whether EA pays to advertise or not, my stand doesn't change (simply because I do not have one). I also do not give opinions on PES3, Club Football, CM, TCM and every other game. I let my reviewers do that. And those reviwers certainly do mention both negative and positive points of games (see our latest FIFA 2004 review for an example).

In regards to fifa04.com, we would never advise against people downloading a FIFA demo or patch. We run a FIFA 2004 FAN site... so yes, unlike you, we do like FIFA 2004, so we are not going to be putting it down. Just like you probably wouldn't see PES3 fan sites putting down PES3.

Thanks for bringing up your points as they are good ones, but that just isn't how we do things at Soccer Gaming.
